All tuition payments must be made directly to Victoria Academy through one of the approved payment methods listed on this page. Do not pay any agent, representative, local school, or third-party intermediary.

Final Annual Fee After Scholarship
Offer Valid Until / Due Date
Please use these details exactly as shown while making payment.
Tuition Payment Plans
Depending on the payment terms approved by Victoria Academy and stated on your invoice, students may be eligible for one of the following tuition payment plans:
- Full Payment
- Semi-annual Payments
- Quarterly Payments
Please follow the exact payment schedule shown on your invoice.
Approved Payment Methods
- Convera Global Pay — online payment option; suitable for everyone. (ICICI Bank Direct Option)
- Flywire — online payment option; student passport required.
- Wise Payments Canada Inc. — wire payment only; usually requires a local bank visit.
- TD Bank Canada — wire payment or Canadian bank transfer only; may require local bank processing.
Choosing a Payment Method
Students and families may choose any approved payment method listed below, depending on their country, bank requirements, document availability, and preferred payment process.
If a student passport is not available, Convera may be a suitable option. If a student passport is available and Flywire is preferred, families may use Flywire. If the family’s bank requires a direct wire transfer, Wise Payments Canada Inc. or TD Bank Canada wire instructions may be used, where applicable.
Please always include the Student ID and Invoice Number exactly as shown on the invoice.
How to Pay with Convera Global Pay
For Indian students, the most efficient way to pay tuition fees is using the ICICI Bank payment option. This method is available for both ICICI Bank customers and non-customers.
Please follow these 4 quick steps to complete your payment:
Fill out the online form: Go to the https://students.convera.com/vicacademy and enter your details.
Download the PDF: Save the payment form generated on the Convera website.
Print the form: Make sure to print a physical copy of the downloaded PDF.
Pay at the branch: Visit any ICICI Bank branch with your printed form to submit your payment.
Click the Convera payment button.
Select your country and preferred payment method.
Enter the Student ID and Invoice Number exactly as shown on the invoice.
Review the final payment details carefully.
Complete the payment and save your confirmation.
